About us
A neighbourhood bistro in the heart of the Sablon, since 2014.
Bistro Sablon grew out of the wish of Camille Dubois and chef Thomas Vandenberghe to serve Belgian classics, without fuss, in a warm setting.
Our produce comes from Brussels markets and from growers we know by name. The menu follows the seasons; the classics stay.
We speak French, Dutch and English here, and sometimes a bit of all three at once.
